Born out of necessity, perfected daily! In the spring of 2018, we opened an inhouse maintenance shop for A.R.T. Transport to better serve the needs of their operations team. Shortly after doing so, some of A.R.T.'s contract Owner Operators started to approach us to work on their equipment as well. Fast forward 5 years later and the business had grown so much it was time to sperate it into it's own company, and that is the beginning of General Diesel Repair & Chrome, Arkansas newest Chrome & Accessories shop.

Our Certified maintenance technicians our the best in the industry, and we work daily with all major OEM shops to ensure that we are up to speed on the latest-greatest technology and techniques. We have always preached "a penny saved is a penny earned", so we make it our mission to help you lower your cost and increase your uptime.

At General Diesel, we realize the industry we are in and service has an impact on the environment and although we are only one small company, we are trying to do our part to make a difference. We are doing this in multiple ways, using all LED lighting in store and shop, recycling everything we can, reusing boxes and shipping packaging in our own online shipping, working with vendors to minimize carbon footprint, paperless billing and so much more. We kindly ask that when you receive a package from us, if you cannot reuse the box or packing materials, please take the time to recycle it.
